HubSpot Filter Criteria

By integrating HubSpot to Primer, you can leverage your CRM data to craft precision audiences without ever leaving the platform. Use HubSpot’s company and contact properties to apply granular filters and segment your lists.

Here’s a quick guide to using HubSpot fields across objects to refine your audience.

Available Objects for Filtering

Company and Contact

Filter Fields by Objects

You can filter by any field, whether it’s a standard or custom field, within these objects. You can search to find fields you want, such as "Account Stage", or you can narrow your search to specific objects by selecting from options like all companies or all contacts.

Custom Field Estimates Slow At First

If you're using a standard HubSpot field, it will load quickly right from the start since it's a first-class field. For custom HubSpot fields, the initial estimation might take longer the first time you use it. However, once it's used, we'll mark it as a first-class field, ensuring it loads very quickly in future uses.

Remember: You can also mix match HubSpot filters with Primer's built-in firmographic and demographic filters, like headcount, job title, etc.

You can even bulk import all Companies or Contacts to include or exclude them from the Audience using operators like "is known" or "is unknown".

Date Fields

When it comes to date fields, Primer is particularly powerful.

  • Choose a Date Field: Select a date-based field from the available options.

  • Select an Operator: Choose an operator such as "is" or "is not."

  • Specify a Date or Time Frame:

    • For exact dates, enter the specific date.

    • For relative time frames, select an operator like "within last" and specify the number of days, weeks, months, or years.

Example: If you want to retouch leads marked as ‘Cold’ or ‘Dead Opportunity’, you can set up a filter using the Account Stage property in HubSpot. This allows you to automatically capture and re-engage stale leads as they enter these stages.
