# PMax Campaigns Audience Signals

Performance Max works best when it knows who to go after. With Primer, you can feed it high-intent audience signals—like decision-makers at mid-market companies, or people showing strong buying intent. These tailored signals help guide Google’s automation toward the leads that actually matter, improving efficiency and conversion quality.

Want to see how it works in action? Check out Primer’s [Google pMax guide](https://www.sayprimer.com/use-cases/primer-google-pmax) for detailed insights and effective results.
