We're excited to announce a closed beta program for syncing custom audiences to new experimental ad destinations, including Twitter, TikTok, and Reddit ad accounts. Participation in this beta involves the following conditions to ensure the best experience and most useful insights for everyone involved.

Audience Types and Requirements

Audience Types: Primer will be syncing customer list/file audiences to Twitter, TikTok, and Reddit. These audiences are based on customer-provided data such as email addresses or phone numbers, which are matched against the platform's user data to create targeted lists for ads.

Platform Requirements:

• Twitter: To import customer list audiences on Twitter, you must have a credit card on file in your Twitter Ads account. Additionally, Twitter requires a minimum audience size of 100 users to utilize tailored audiences. The processing time for custom audiences can take up to 48 hours. • TikTok: TikTok mandates a minimum of 1,000 matched users in a Custom Audience to use it in an ad group. It can take 48 hours for the custom audience to generate after the upload. For more information, refer to TikTok Ads Support.

• Reddit: Reddit requires a minimum audience size of 1,000 users for custom audiences and advertisers must comply with audience data privacy policies. Reddit may also have ad spend minimums for using custom audience features. The processing time for custom audiences on Reddit can take 3-5 days. More details can be found at Reddit Ads Support.

Participation Terms

1. No Performance Guarantees: By participating in this beta, you agree that Primer does not guarantee additional performance from ads run on these experimental destinations.

2. Ad Account Access: Participants are required to invite Primer to their ad accounts during the trial period to facilitate audience syncs.

   1. Twitter: Invite [e-mail] as an Account Administrator or Ad Manager to manage tailored audiences. This level of access allows for the creation and management of custom audiences.

   2. TikTok: Invite [e-mail] as an Operator or Admin access in TikTok Ads Manager to create and manage custom audiences. These roles permit the uploading of customer files and the management of audience lists.

   3. Reddit: Invite [e-mail] as a Standard or Administrator permissions to create and manage custom audiences. These roles enable the uploading of customer lists and the utilization of audience targeting features.

3. Weekly Check-ins: Participants agree to schedule weekly check-in calls with Primer to discuss and evaluate audience performance. This is key to understanding the effectiveness of the beta and driving improvements.

4. Initial Measurement Alignment: Before beginning the beta, we will have an initial call to align on measurement metrics. This ensures we are all evaluating performance with a consistent set of standards.

5. No Long-term Integration Commitment: Participation in this beta does not guarantee that Primer will build or maintain an integration into these channels after the testing period.

6. Subscription Uncertainty: It is currently unknown if access to these new ad destinations will be included in your existing Primer subscription. Additional fees may apply if Primer decides to pursue an official integration.

7. Delivery via Reverse ETL Vendor: During the testing period, audiences will be delivered to ad destinations via a our partner, Census. Please note that these destinations will not be visible in your Primer instance while the beta is ongoing.

8. Testing Period Duration: The testing period will last for one month.

9. Audience Sync Process: Primer will sync requested audiences weekly during the trial period. To request a new audience sync, you must provide the Audience ID by 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on Wednesday. The requested audience will then be delivered by the following Monday morning at 8:00 AM Pacific Standard Time.

10. Learnings and Materials: Participants agree to allow Primer to use the learnings from this beta to create materials, guides, or case studies to benefit other customers.
