Error: Google "Please verify that the account has been whitelisted."

What to do if you encounter this error after connecting Google Ads: "Please verify that the account has been whitelisted."

It appears that your Google account is not currently eligible for Customer Match, which is required to successfully sync your audience.

Google requires 90 days of Google Ads history and more than USD $50,000 total lifetime spend to use Customer Match and similar audiences for Customer Match in the "Targeting" and "Observation" settings, manual bid adjustments, and Exclusions.
