Fix Connection Errors

When a connection breaks

  • A banner appears on the Dashboard and Audience page with the next step:

    • Reconnect for single issues.

    • Go to Connections for multiple issues or fixes required in the ad platform.

  • You’ll also get an email with a direct link to resolve it (secure sign-in or the relevant ad platform page).

Confirmation guard

  • You can’t run an audience while any selected destination has a failed connection.

  • If you unselect a failing destination (non-Draft), a banner reminds you to Apply the change.

Visual cues (at a glance)

  • Gray icon: destination removed.

  • Red icon: connection failed.

  • Hover to view the error and jump to Connections.

Stable statuses

  • Audiences that are Ready or Live stay that way—connection issues don’t flip their status.

  • Once fixed, changes take effect automatically in the next daily refresh (no manual rerun needed).
