Error: Facebook Custom Audiences Not Enabled
If you see an error telling you that Facebook Custom Audiences are not enabled, here's how to resolve it:
Verify your integration status:
First, check your Integrations page to ensure your Facebook Account is properly connected. You can find it here.
Confirm that you have accepted Facebook's (Meta) terms for custom audiences. In order to successfully connect Primer, you must accept the Custom Audience Terms of Service.
You may need to reauthorize your Facebook integration if there's an error. Click the 'Update' button and follow the steps to refresh the integration.
