Error: Facebook Custom Audiences Not Enabled

If you see an error telling you that Facebook Custom Audiences are not enabled, here's how to resolve it:

Verify your integration status:

  • First, check your Integrations page to ensure your Facebook Account is properly connected. You can find it here.

  • Confirm that you have accepted Facebook's (Meta) terms for custom audiences. In order to successfully connect Primer, you must accept the Custom Audience Terms of Service.

  • You may need to reauthorize your Facebook integration if there's an error. Click the 'Update' button and follow the steps to refresh the integration.
