Error: Facebook Ad Account Not Associated with a Business

If you're encountering an error indicating that your Facebook ad account is not associated with a business, follow this step-by-step troubleshooting guide to resolve the issue:
Go to and log in with your credentials.
Once logged in, click on the Business Settings option in the left-hand menu.
In the Business Settings, navigate to the Ad Accounts section.
Look for your ad account in the list.
If your ad account is not listed, you need to add it manually:
Click on Add and select Add an Ad Account.
Paste your Ad Account ID into the field and follow the prompts to complete the addition.
After adding your ad account to the Business Manager, return to Primer and reconnect your ad account. You should now see it listed correctly.
If this is your first time running Facebook ads, you might need to create a new ad account in the Ad Accounts section of your Business Settings.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the error and connect your Facebook ad account successfully.
