You can create and experiment with different audience filters even before you're ready to sync your audience to an ad destination. When you apply filters, all changes will be auto-saved and the audience will enter a draft status.
The default name of the audience will be the date and time you created the audience unless you choose to edit the name. You can see the date and time of the latest action taken on the audience in the section named "Last Updated At" at the bottom right.
Additionally, if you select to view the 'View Run Details' of the audience from the Audience Dashboard you can see a more detailed breakdown including the last edited date along with the user who last edited the audience.
This means the audience has been successfully synced to ad destinations. If you click view runs, you can see more detailed information about the audience.
The view runs modal contains a link to your audience in your ad destination, as well as a detailed history of each audiences sync.
Got audiences you no longer need? You can now archive them! Keep your workspace organized by setting aside those outdated audiences, making it easier to focus on what matters most
Need to refresh an audience? Just click the Rerun button next to View Runs in the top right corner. It's a quick way to get updated results without starting from scratch!
Note: It can take up to 72 hours for audiences to fully match to LinkedIn and Google.
When an audience is drafted and you hit Finish & Run
, the audience will go into a Running state. While completion times vary based on the filters applied while creating the audience, every audience should be delivered within 24 hours of submission. Is your audience taking longer than expected? Our is here to help!
This is an error state! Please visit the audience and check the error. If it's not something you can resolve, our is here to help!
