Active Audience Slots

In order to scale and maintain performance, Primer limits the number of actively syncing audiences per organization

Each Primer audience with a "synced" status automatically updates every 7 days. This refreshes the audience data, ensuring any changes to your audiences get pushed into your ad campaigns.

Each audience with a "synced" or "incomplete" status consumes an active audience slot. Audience slots are limited by your plan.

You can build unlimited drafts in Primer.

If you need to free an audience slot, you can archive a synced audience. We recommend archiving audiences that you don't need to keep updated. For example, audiences only used in point-in-time campaigns like a webinar promotion.
