Field Mapping & Sync Rules for Salesforce Connection

We're thrilled to announce that this feature is on the horizon and will soon be part of Primer 2.0, our latest and improved version yet. While we put the finishing touches on this enhancement, we encourage you to continue using Primer 1.0 if you'd like to connect your CRM. Thank you for your patience and enthusiasm as we work to bring you the best experience possible.

Field Mapping

Once connected, your Salesforce fields will need to be mapped. In order to pull in People-level data (Contacts or Leads), there are four required fields that need to be mapped within Primer:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Work Email

  • Company Domain

To build high-performing ad audiences from your CRM, we highly recommend you map additional fields like work email, LinkedIn profile URL, and individual location.

In order to pull in Company-level data (Accounts within SFDC), there is only one required field that needs to be mapped within Primer:

  • Company Domain

Once the fields have been mapped within Primer, schedule a time with our Support team to review your integration. This call is best done by your internal CRM administrator or other technical stakeholders.
