Pixel connection status

What Connected and Not connected mean for the website pixel, and when the status updates.

After you install the pixel, Primer shows whether it's receiving traffic.

Connected vs. Not connected

• Connected — Primer received at least one event from your site in the last 24 hours.

• Not connected — no event has arrived in the last 24 hours. If you just installed the snippet, visit your site to generate an event.

If the pixel stays Not connected after you've loaded a page on your site, confirm the snippet is on the page and that your Content Security Policy allows Primer's domains.
